Eddie Redmaye plays Einar/Lili The plot is based in a true story that happened in Paris in 1925. Einar and Gerda Gewener was a young Danish marriage that have travelled to Paris for being artists. One day, during Gerda was painting, one of her models didn't appear, so Gerda asked her husband if he could be her model for a day. Einar discovered that he was very comforable with a dress and his wife and he started a game where Einar was dressed like a women and he was presented like Lili Elbe.
